Email hello@theebookcircle.com from the address you used to buy (or include your order receipt) and say you’d like a refund. That’s it. You don’t need to explain why. Your order is processed by Link (by Stripe), our reseller, so you can also ask for a refund through Link support.
We process your refund as soon as we read your email, usually within a few business days. The money goes back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take 5–10 business days to show on your statement.
The guarantee covers the full purchase price of Shop-Window Popcorn, including the 6 bonuses and the spreadsheet delivered with it, for 30 days from the date of purchase. Any taxes charged (such as UK VAT) are refunded too.
Shop-Window Popcorn is a digital download (PDF files and a spreadsheet). Nothing physical is shipped, so there is nothing to send back. After a refund, we simply ask that you stop using the files.
UK and EU consumers may have a statutory 14-day right to cancel a digital content purchase. Our 30-day guarantee is longer than, and in addition to, that right: within 30 days of purchase you get a full refund for any reason. Nothing in this policy limits any other rights you have under consumer law.
